These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TIME Coin website at time-coin.io and the TIME Coin Masternode Portal (collectively, the "Services"), operated by the TIME Coin project ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction to access the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of TIME Coin complies with the laws of your country or region.

2. Masternode Portal

The Masternode Portal allows eligible participants to register and manage TIME Coin masternodes. By submitting a masternode, you agree that:

You are the legitimate operator of the server at the submitted IP address.
Your masternode will be publicly listed in the TIME Coin peer network upon approval, including its IP address and port.
You will operate your masternode in good faith and in accordance with the TIME Coin network rules.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke any masternode listing at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for the security and operation of your server.

3. Exchange Services

Any exchange or purchase functionality on this site is provided for informational and facilitation purposes. You acknowledge that:

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Verify all addresses and amounts before confirming any transaction.
Exchange rates are variable and subject to change without notice.
Network transaction fees apply and are disclosed prior to order submission.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from user error, network delays, or market volatility.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TIME Coin is a cryptocurrency project, and all information is provided for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Not share your account with others or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or network infrastructure.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent masternode information.
Interfere with or disrupt the TIME Coin network or other users' nodes.
Use automated tools to scrape, stress-test, or abuse the Services without prior written permission.
Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

7. Marketplace — Prohibited Items

The TIME Coin Marketplace is provided for lawful peer-to-peer transactions only. The following items and services are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate listing removal and permanent account suspension:

Controlled substances — illegal drugs, prescription medications without a valid prescription, drug paraphernalia, or any substance regulated under applicable law.
Weapons — firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any weapon whose sale is regulated or prohibited in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.
Stolen or counterfeit goods — items obtained through theft, fraud, or unauthorized reproduction of branded products.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. This is an absolute prohibition and will be reported to law enforcement.
Human trafficking — any listing that facilitates the trafficking, exploitation, or forced labor of persons.
Financial fraud — fake currency, cloned payment instruments, phishing kits, or services designed to defraud others.
Malware and hacking tools — software or services designed to gain unauthorized access to systems, harvest credentials, or cause harm.
Export-controlled items — goods or technology whose export is restricted without a license under applicable export control laws.
Hazardous materials — toxic chemicals, biological agents, radioactive materials, or other substances that are dangerous or illegal to ship.
Infringing content — digital files, software, or media that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

TIME Coin does not pre-screen listings but reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions. Users who become aware of prohibited listings are encouraged to report them via our support page.

9. Intellectual Property

The TIME Coin software and wallet are open source and licensed under the MIT License. The website content, branding, and documentation are owned by the TIME Coin project. You may not reproduce or redistribute our branding or content without permission, except as permitted by the open source licenses.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the value, liquidity, or future performance of TIME Coin.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIME Coin and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TIME Coin and its contributors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Google for authentication). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Informal Resolution First. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 17 and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved this way.

Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and TIME Coin agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the TIME Coin Marketplace — including questions about the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration service (or, if none is agreed within 10 days of a demand, by a single arbitrator appointed under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules). The arbitration will take place in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions — Small Claims and Injunctive Relief. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration, without waiving the right to arbitrate the underlying merits.

Class Action Waiver. You and TIME Coin each waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only. If this waiver is found unenforceable in a particular case, that case shall proceed in court rather than in arbitration.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a written notice to the contact address in Section 17 stating your name, account email, and that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Arbitration Costs. For claims under $10,000 USD, TIME Coin will pay all arbitration filing and hearing fees, provided the claim is not frivolous. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator determines the claim or defense was brought in bad faith.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Claims not subject to arbitration under Section 15 shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
